Shipments and returns
Welcome to the BTIT Online Shop. Please review our shipping policy carefully, as it outlines important information regarding the delivery of physical and virtual products, shipping charges, and return procedures.
1. Virtual Products
Most of our products are virtual and do not require physical shipping. Upon purchase, you will receive the necessary digital access or product key via email or through our customer portal.
2. Physical Products
For services like broadband that require physical hardware (e.g., WiFi routers), we provide shipping to deliver these items to you. Please note the following:
- Delivery Time:
- Shipping within New Zealand typically takes between 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.
- Shipping Charges:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the product.
- Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 NZD.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $100 NZD.
3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping for physical products. All virtual products, however, can be accessed globally.
4. Return Policy for Physical Products
We accept returns of physical products under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You may return any defective or unwanted hardware (e.g., WiFi routers) within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging and in a resellable condition.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- If the product is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
