Hyperfibre services can exceed the capability of ordinary gigabit routers. This range focuses on multi-gigabit WAN and LAN connectivity, fast Wi-Fi and network components suited to 2, 4 and 8 Gbps fibre services.
Before choosing equipment, check the speed of every part of the path: the router WAN port, LAN or SFP+ interfaces, Ethernet cabling, switches, Wi-Fi standard and client devices. A capable router improves headroom, but individual devices may still connect below the full broadband line rate.
