NZ Phone line on Microsoft Teams

FARO Teams Trunk lets your business use Microsoft Teams as its phone system.

Your team can make and receive normal phone calls from the Teams app on their computer, mobile phone or compatible desk phone. This means staff can use one familiar app for meetings, chat and phone calls.

It is a good fit for businesses that already use Microsoft 365 and want to move away from a traditional phone system.

You can use it for:

• Main business numbers
• Reception or shared numbers
• Call queues
• Departments or teams
• Remote and hybrid workers
• New numbers or ported numbers

Microsoft Teams licences are not included. You will need the right Microsoft 365/Teams Phone licensing separately.

Technical details
This service provides FARO voice connectivity for Microsoft Teams Phone using Direct Routing or supported Teams voice integration.

It supports inbound and outbound calling, DDI numbers, number porting, caller ID presentation, and multiple call paths depending on the selected plan.
