  Fibre Broadband Service

Fibre broadband plans for New Zealand homes and businesses

Compare Faro fibre broadband services from 100/20 Mbps everyday fibre through 500/100 and 920/500 Mbps plans to 2, 4 and 8 Gbps Hyperfibre where available. Plans include a free static public IP, no fixed-term contract and support from a New Zealand team.

Availability, installation and the exact service options depend on your address and local fibre company. Use the Faro broadband checker before ordering so we can identify eligible Chorus, Enable, Tuatahi First Fibre or Northpower Fibre services.

  Choosing a fibre speed

Standard fibre is suitable for most households and small teams. Faster plans can help busy homes, creators, developers and organisations moving large files or serving many simultaneous users. Hyperfibre also needs multi-gigabit routing, Ethernet and suitable client devices to make full use of the connection.

  Residential Broadband

  Residential fibre broadband with flexibility

Faro residential broadband covers practical everyday fibre, faster 500/100 and 920/500 Mbps services, and 2, 4 or 8 Gbps Hyperfibre where supported. It is designed for connected households, remote workers, gamers, creators and home-lab users who want a capable connection and a real public IP address.

Plans include a free static public IP, no fixed-term contract and flexible payment frequencies. Actual performance depends on the wholesale service, your router, Wi-Fi, cabling and devices. Start with the address availability check, then choose from the eligible plan combinations.

  Business Broadband

Business fibre broadband in New Zealand

Faro business broadband is built for organisations that depend on cloud applications, video meetings, remote access and reliable data transfer. Choose from standard fibre and multi-gigabit Hyperfibre speeds, subject to availability at your premises.

Business combinations include defined high-traffic-class options for customers who need more predictable performance during busy periods. Every Faro service includes a free static public IP and no fixed-term contract, making it easier to support VPNs, hosted services, remote administration and business continuity arrangements.
